I was going to appear in a movie. I had the perfect brocade jacket to be a guardsman, but I kept searching for my calf-high leather engineer boots. I'm not sure why I thought they'd be at my parents' house. I'm not sure why my friend Lauri was there either. Definitely not to help find the missing boots. Probably to give me a hard time about why, exactly, I owned a brocade jacket...
